1. 30-day money-back guarantee

FLODROP is provided by Panda Group. If you are not satisfied with a FLODROP Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights you may have under local law.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used for the purchase, or contact us through the Contact page and we will help you.

3. Processing time

Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers usually credit the amount within 5-10 business days.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel a FLODROP Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and no further payments are taken.
