Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 2026.

1. Seller and acceptance

FLODROP is provided by Panda Group. By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.

2. The service

FLODROP lets you upload files, create private links and receive files through inboxes. Plans may include expiry, passwords, download limits and transfer allowances. We may change features and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

3. Your content

You retain rights to your files and grant Panda Group only the limited permission needed to host, process and deliver them. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to upload and share it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use FLODROP for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, malware, copyright or privacy infringement, security probing, scraping, reverse engineering, resale, or circumvention of technical limits.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides billing customer service and handles returns. Payment, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund within 30 days of purchase, visit paddle.net or contact us. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

7. Storage and termination

Files may be deleted after expiry or when limits are reached. Keep your own backup. We may remove content or suspend access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated serious violations.

8. Ownership and liability

Panda Group owns FLODROP software, documentation and branding. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect loss or lost data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
